Training needs Identification and analysis through active discussion with reporting manager
and management. Design and expand training and development programs based on both the
organizations and the individual's needs.
Preparing Training Calendar - Annual / Quarterly / Monthly and to ensure adherence to the training
calendar.
Preparing training module for each department and ensuring new joinees go through training modules
as a part of induction. Taking nominations from concerned Managers/Leads for cross trainings.
Developing a talent pool of internal trainers.
To ensure smooth End-to-End Training delivery. Training Evaluation. Identify and utilize new age
tools for effective delivery of sessions. To Measure program effectiveness & its dissemination for
each employee.
To ensure maximum participation for every training program and maintain training attendance records
for each employee.
Develop and conduct refreshers based on Training needs. Responsible for conducting HR training
sessions as and when required.
Preparation of Training Plans, and relevant Training reports and Dashboards. Should be able to
create new content as and when necessary.
Collecting the feedback on training effectiveness and identifying and rectifying gaps in the learning
processes. Providing report to management in a structured manner. Monitor and review the progress
of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Responsible for developing and delivering company-wide effective induction programs for new joinees.
Maintaining leave records and employee records/files.
Responsible for 100% updation of Online HRIS Software for KRA tracking, leave & attendance
management and other modules.
Responsible for invoicing and attendance tracking of employees deployed abroad.
Responsible for weekly /monthly /quarterly /annually employee engagement activities. Maintaining
and executing event calendar, coming up with new team building concepts and executing them.
Supporting in any other generalist HR Admin tasks.
Responsible for making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, ticketing, visa processing.
General administration-Stationary, pantry supplies, rental agreements etc., agreements with
outsourcing contractors, vehicle, hotels, travelling etc.
