• Excellent communication skills, able to well communicate with clients across the world.
• Candidate should have 1-3 years of work experience as an Online Bidder.
• Deep understanding of various bidding portals like Elance, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and others.
• Generate Business from Online Bidding Portals (Upwork / GURU / PPH) and from other websites.
• Should be highly efficient in sending proposals.
• Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
• Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Mobile Application Development, Web Development and Digital Marketing.
• Should be available for night shift working.
• Achieving business targets.
• To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow ups, Competition Analysis.
• Able to propose project budgeting to client. * Male Candidates will be preferred

Requirements:
1. Should be expert in handling Upwork portal. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Should have great knowledge of proposal making and client communication. 4. Should be able to do project analysis. 5. Should have leadership skills to lead a team.
