    Ensure that the Visa Service Centre operates effectively, providing quality service to all visa applicants while maintaining compliance with the provisions of the Service Agreement, company policies and procedures and local laws
    After undergoing specialized training in how to use the Government database software enter data accurately and efficiently into the system under correct visa type
    Will be required to contact customer via phone for explaining the visa requirements & assist in form filling.
    Apply the customer applicable fee collection based on the visa type.
    Apply standardized work procedures to enable efficient processing of information to generate confirmation/fee receipt
    Interact regularly with both customers and the Client to provide updates on the status of the application(s)
    Ability to handle crowd and follow escalation procedures in line with best practices
    Following Company procedures arrange delivery of documents via nominated courier service provider
    Offer value added services over the counter
    Considering the different procedures and standards of operating, arbitrate and resolve customer complaints as required for successful resolution
    Maintain integrity, confidentiality and sensitivity to every customers situation
    Due to the importance of the documents to be processed on behalf of Government Embassies, attention to detail is a key skill requirement.
    Become an SME to aide in answering emails and phone calls received on daily basis
    Cultural versatility, ability to work with minimum supervision and result oriented
Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

    Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service position
    Computer skills: Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
    Cash or till management experience an advantage
    Able to work to deadlines and use own initiative
    Excellent verbal communication skills
    Previous volume data entry an advantage
    Excellent understanding of English (verbal and written)
    High energy with an enthusiastic outlook. Motivated and focused to deliver high performance
    Adaptable to change and able to give a flexible approach
