Position: Escalation Executive / Specialist (US Voice process)


Candidate should have excellent English verbal and written skills.
He / she should be able to figure out the loophole in the escalated issue and work upon that accordingly; i.e. either by providing refunds, working on chargebacks and make the customer delight.
Candidate should ensure that the customer is heard throughout the escalation process.
He / she should establish correct expectations, enforce relief and resolve through effective communication.
Candidate is required to deal patiently with the customers.
Assuring the teams availability if the problem arises during the monitoring period, closing the escalation process, once the monitoring period is completed successfully, and ensuring customer satisfaction before closing the escalation.
Updating and maintaining escalation process records at each stage.

Desired Profile:


Graduate / Pursuing Graduation.
1 - 5 years Exp. in Voice process in BPO/KPO/IT.
Comfortable to work in 24x7 working environment.
