Job Description:

• We are looking for smart candidates who can join our team
• The candidates will be taught the art of digital marketing where they will be promoting international brands
• As a leading Digital Marketing firm, candidates will learn all the aspects in detail
• You will be learning Search engine optimization, Social media marketing, running paid campaigns, Youtube marketing, Facebook Marketing, Twitter marketing, Linkedin Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Google adwords, Google adsense and lot more.
• There is NO TELECALLING involved in this job
• There is NO FIELD work involved in this job

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Freshers are Welcome!
• IT CSE Computer background will be given preference
• Excellent English writing skills are a must. (Please don't apply if you're not confident about it)
• Basic working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Internet
• We have got no issues if candidate has got Backlogs/Supplementary pending in any subject (max. 2)
• Candidates belonging to following states will be given preference : Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Punjab
• Graduates/BTech/BCA/MCA/Diploma holders will be given preference over MTech students.
• Freshers will be given preference over experienced.

Interview Process:

• Interviews will be held only by invitation.
• There will a detailed written Interview followed by face-to-face discussion round.
• Job offer will be sent via email to selected Candidates.

Terms of Employment:

• For first three months, you'll be recruited as a trainee on monthly stipend.
• Within training period, your performance will be monitored closely in every manner.
• After three months, based on your performance, your fixed monthly salary will decided and you will be hired as Digital Marketing Executive.

Leave Policy :
In the training period, you will not be entitled for earned leave. But, once you are promoted, you will become eligible for all the leaves including sick leave, casual leave, earned leave and short leave.
Work Timings:

• The company operates from 9:00AM to 6:30PM (summers) and 9:30AM to 6:30PM (winters)
• Every First and Third Saturday of the month will be work off.
