IPL is a biotechnology based Agri- inputs Company.

We have an openings for Area Marketing Manager of following states

Gujarat, Chhatisgarh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab.

Candidates only from Fertilizer/ Pesticide / Agri industry having corporate experience in similar profile may apply.

Responsibilities;-

1. Sales Planning/Demand Planning
2. Accountable for Sales forecast & its achievements.
3. To open & develop new markets
4. Ensure smooth working and business development activities in the State
5. Build and motivate sales team to achieve the set targets
6. Liaison with Government officials.
7. To look after sales permission & licensing activities in the State.
8. To do the cost control of the team
9. To develop marketing channels
10. To supervise / guide to field marketing force
11. To conduct farmer meeting
12. To conduct demonstration & trials in the State
13. To provide technical assistance to sales team
14. Solution to farmer queries

Education Qualification
B.Sc. (Agri.), M.Sc. (Agri.)

Preference will be given to candidate experience in Biological products (bio-inputs sales experience) or prior experience in Agri Input industry

Experience:-
5-10 years

Preferable industry background: Agri Inputs
Nature of Experience: Agriculture industry
 
Required Skill Sets and Behavioral Traits.

1. Good field experience
2. Good geographical knowledge.
3. Good knowledge of Bio-fertilizers & bio-pesticides and their usage etc.
4. Good knowledge of crops segment
5. Knowledge of MS Office
6. Good speaker & leader.

Salary: Salary is not a contraint, std. hike would be given per Industry norms.
