Convincing architects to specify
Travelling through local areas, communicating in local language
Searching websites for historical projects done by specifiers of all types, maintaining network of all types of specifiers
Communicating with associates/secretary for appointments
Construction site drop-ins
liaising with government officals and contractors for tenders
Providing after sales service (quality issues)
learning about competitors products
Implementing spancop - suspect, prospect, approach, negotitation
Track competitor's major products
Analyse own product's rates, category & design
