Job Description

  • Single point of contact for all IT contracts. Should gather deep understanding of contract terms, key details of all contracts and should be able to manage them effectively.
  • Work with team to ensure all contract deliverables are performed, services are delivered as per agreed contracts. Control timely delivery of all contract performances SLA/KPIs. 
  • Publish monthly dashboard of all contract performances, along with delivery status.
  • Ensure all contract conflicts are effectively managed and resolved along with respective vendors and internal teams. Will work as interface between internal team and vendor.
  • Ensure all required contract changes are executed along with auditable documentation.
  • Ensure designated contract review meetings happen on time and actions are tracked.
  • Track, follow up and ensure closure of all open issues with vendors.
  • Review of Contract Audits and Vendor Assessments to make sure interests are protected.
  • Interface with external vendors for cost reduction, resolve vendor queries if any.
  • Preparation and Finalization of IT Budget including various trend analysis; year on year spend comparisons and challenge sessions with IT Manager.
  • Continuous budget monitoring, to ensure all spends and within approved budget. Each single spend to be validated for budget & other factors before authorization.
  • Provide monthly MIS to management, with various key parameters in respect of budget & actual spend.
  • Ensuring correct accruals are shared with Finance every month.
  • Supervise outsourced procurement process, to ensure timely execution of all required & approved IT Procurement. Timely & necessary escalations wherever required.

  • Validate payments and procurement dashboards as submitted by outsourced staff, which needs to be published to internal team on periodic basis.
  • Handling all internal/external escalations pertaining to procurement/ payment process.
  • Ensure all IT Consumable procurement are within targets and reconciled with stores & partner.
  • Undertake proactive steps to ensure minimum levels of spares/ inventory in place.
  • Continuous endeavour towards cost optimization. Identify areas; generate ideas which can lead to overall departmental cost reduction
  • To work on various ad hoc activities in Governance area and provide timing response to queries.
  • Manage internal departmental review meetings and other status updates
  • Track departmental performance and publish various performance dashboards/ status.
