Job Description

 
    We are looking for a call center representative who can liaise between our company and customers to generate potential leads. The candidate will be able to successfully accept ownership for presenting our products/ services effectively to the customers along with answering their queries, complaints, and issues by keeping customer satisfaction a priority.

    Job Duties:
    • Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
    • Providing information and clarifying customer doubts and queries.
    • Resolving customer issues with researching, exploring answers, alternative solutions, and escalating unresolved issues.
    • Fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information, forwarding requests or completing transactions.
    • Updating product/service knowledge by participating in company training.
    • Enhancing the reputation of an organization by accomplishing new requests, exploring opportunities by adding value to offered jobs.
