- Position: Technical Support Executive
- Responsible for providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
- Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer and HP Etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.
- Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
- Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
- Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service
- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / Drop outs.
- 0 - 6 months Exp. in Voice support in BPO/KPO/IT.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal as well as written.
- Comfortable to work in 24x7 working environment.
