Job Description

 
    Position: Technical Support Executive
    • Responsible for providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
    • Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer and HP Etc.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.
    • Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
    • Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
    • Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
    • Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service
    Desired Profile:
    • Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / Drop outs.
    • 0 - 6 months Exp. in Voice support in BPO/KPO/IT.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal as well as written.
    • Comfortable to work in 24x7 working environment.
