Job description:
The person will be responsible for overall growth as per Organizational Vision, he will be responsible for Individual targets as well as will be responsible for guiding the Team in achieving the desired output in terms of Numbers, Account coverage.
Candidate should have at-least 10-12 years of experience in IT Solutions Sales, Software & Consulting Solutions, preferably in Government vertical, should have good relationship with NIC, NICSI and DGS&D.
B2B Sales experience with IT projects background specially in IT solutions with excellent communication skills and track record, Team player and an expert in understanding the customer requirement and management of Team of 8-10 Managers.
Should be able to evaluate the New business opportunities / Tenders with an ability to deal creation and closing, should be able to do Key Account Management specially NIC and NICSI, understanding of Bidding system, Mapping the same with Organization requirement and get the desired changes in Bid as per requirements with guiding ability on Negotiation and collection as skills.
He should have relationship building with existing and new customers, making presentation to client, Developing Sales projection plan, execute order with customer satisfaction.
Qualification Any Graduate - Any Specialization, BBA / MBA, B. Tech
