Job Responsibilities: 

• Meeting with Builders, MEP Consultants, Project Consultants, Plumbing Contractor
• Responsible for Completing the Sales and Marketing Functions in Mumbai region. 
• Ensuring Enquiries to be generated, responding to enquiries, regular following up, Interacting with clients & doing best efforts for converting enquiries in to orders. 
• Will be responsible for preparing cost analysis, attending pre bid, Negotiation, Finalization
• Ensure payment collections are in line as per agreed terms. 
• Identify MEP requirements in the project & developing recommendations with help of consultants.
