1.Minimum 6 Months experience in providing the technical support.
2.Knowledge and hands on experience with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7,8 , 3.Windows 10,10.1 & MAC operating systems.
4.Provide Support for Windows, routers, printers etc.
5.Working with customers to identify software problems and advising on the solution.
6.Logging and keeping record of customer/employee queries.
7.Logical thinker & Ability to deal with difficult callers.
8.Quickly identify issues and resolve them based on guidelines.
9.Candidate must possess impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
10.Must possess customer handling & telephonic etiquettes.
11.Sound Knowledge of computer & Internet.
12.Should be able to work in night shifts (US Shifts).
13.Should have an attitude that is well approachable by consumers and understanding their problems.
14.Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the customers want to say or express.
15.Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in every stage of the process.
